Maintenance (Lacquered Wood Care)

This furniture is lacquered/sealed so does not require any oiling or waxing
Remove dust from wood using a barely damp lint-free cloth (ideally micro-fibre).
Dust, when not removed, will become abrasive and can damage the wood.
Wipe up any sticky areas or spills quickly using a barely damp microfibre cloth. There should not be enough water in this cloth to leave a residue.
Wipe down with a dry towel afterwards.
Polishes, Chemical & disinfectant sprays should be avoided at all costs. *
Always use adhesive felt pads, waterproof coasters and placemats for hot or cold drinks/plates.
Spray your chosen glass cleaner directly onto a microfibre cloth to prevent tarnishing
For best results wipe in an S-pattern starting at the top and working down to avoid going back on yourself, this will help to avoid streaking
Avoid harsh chemicals and water when cleaning as these can leave marks on the glass and frame
