Requirements for applying for Humm
- Minimum age of 18 years at date of application.
- Irish Citizen or permanent resident in the Republic of Ireland.
- Provide ID, proof of PPS number & proof of address
- Have a valid credit/debit card and a photo ID.
- Earn a minimum income of €1,500 per month.
When applying for finance you will need to have the following:
- Proof of ID
- Proof of address
- Proof of Bank Details
- Prood of PPSN (Personal Public Service Number)
Floor Models cannot be purchased with Humm.
Yes.
Credit and repayments
You can request any amount of credit with Humm. The maximum amount allowed under one plan is €10,000.
Up to 2 years with Humm, and up to 12 months with Splitit.
HUMM: When you were approved for finance with Humm they would have emailed you details of how to login to your account. You can make additional payments and pay the balance of your credit early via your Humm account on the Humm website www.shophumm.com/ie/login or the via the Humm app which can be downloaded from the Play Store or the App Store. You can also contact Humm on 01 9601601.
SPLITIT: You can make extra payments via your Splitit online account.
There is no interest and no fees when using Humm or Splitit.
You do not need to pay a deposit if paying for your order in full with Humm. Custom orders or made to order items (like sofas in the fabric of your choice) are non-refundable. Custom orders or made to order items will not be ordered until the Humm purchase is complete and the order is paid in full. Splitit orders do not need a deposit for standard stock items. A deposit may be required on Special order items when using Splitit. Please ask our webteam for more details.
Your first monthly payment is taken at the time of checkout.
Finance order and delivery
As soon as your purchase has been completed via either Humm or Splitit you can be booked in for delivery if your items are in stock.
You can have the order delivered to any address you wish. We deliver nationwide.
No, anyone can be at home to accept your delivery.
Yes, you can have delivery or collect parts of your order that are in stock if required.
Yes, orders can be collected from the warehouse or store (where available).

Items must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, unopened and in a saleable condition. Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Custom / Special orders cannot be returned.
