Here at EZ Living Furniture, we are all about our customers' style, fun and inspiration. We love to see how you use our furniture and accessories to create your space, whether it's a cosy family home or an ultra-stylish statement of character. We would love to share your pictures with our community of fellow home enthusiasts, so you can inspire others with your interior design. 

If you agree, simply tag your photos with #YesEZLiving. Your images may then be added to our website, newsletter, email or social media channels in order to give our customers a glimpse of our furniture in real-life environments such as yours. 

And remember, if you change your mind, you just have to let us know. 

So, with all of that being said, here comes the boring (but necessary) legal stuff!

By submitting content to EZ Living Furniture, you hereby agree to the following terms:  

You grant EZ Living Furniture and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to:

• Distribute the content across all marketing channels 
• Create derivative works from the content 
• Use the content for commercial purposes 
• Display the content in stores and at events 

You declare that: 

• You are the sole creator and owner of the submitted content 
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights 
• You have the right to grant the permissions in this agreement 
• All visible property in photos/videos is owned by you 
• You have permission from any identifiable individuals in the content 

You authorise EZ Living Furniture to use your content in: 

• Website and E-commerce platforms
• Social media channels
• Print materials and catalogues
• In-store displays
• Advertising campaigns
• Email marketing 

You understand that: 

• Your contact information will not be publicly shared 
• Your location may be generally referenced (city/county) 
• You may be contacted about your submission 
• You can request content removal at any time 

This agreement: 

• Has no geographical limitations 
• Has no time limitations 
• Some content may not be able to be revoked once it is published

You warrant that: 

• The content is original and authentic 
• The content has not been manipulated to misrepresent 
• All highlighted products are genuine EZ Living Furniture items 
• The information provided is truthful and accurate

• You consent to EZ Living storing and processing your personal data
• You understand you can request data deletion at any time
• You agree to receive communications about my submission 

• No compensation is expected beyond stated rewards 
• Content may be edited for clarity or format 
• Submission does not guarantee publication 
• EZ Living Furniture maintains the right of refusal
