Your staffs underestimating and epiphany really made me feel that I was dealing with a company that has its customers service as a paramount concern in its day to day operations. The guys there - I'm sorry I never got their names - were particularly helpful as well. Little glitches can always happen, such as happened with this delivery, but it's the way a company and its people deal with those glitches which can set it and them apart. Your service was top class. I will order and collect another of the same bed this coming Saturday, which probably says it all."
"I wanted to drop you a line with respect to one of your staff members who I had the fortune of a meeting yesterday in your Terryland store. I needed a new mattress and yesterday, my husband and I popped into your Terryland store. We looked at the options and overheard your staff member Barry explaining the various specifications of the mattresses to another customer. As he was busy with that customer and wanting to explore other options, we went across to the new furniture store underneath the Maldron Hotel. I'm always of the belief that you should shop around. The lighting was bad in the store which didn't give us a good impression compared to your store and the sales assistant couldn't tell us much about the mattresses; it was obvious that she didn't know much about them. While the prices for the mattresses were around the same as in your store (no doubt the specifications differed) and we could have bought there and then, we reverted back to your store. Barry was on hand to advise on the specifications and couldn't have been more helpful. He was the ultimate professional. I am pedantic with regards to customer service and feel that staff are the backbone of any business and Barry was the reason we purchased our mattress with you yesterday. Rarely do I come across the level of professionalism and customer service that I experienced with him yesterday and his upselling skills were second to none, without being pushy. I left having had a 5-star experience and assured that the mattress we bought is of good quality. I wanted to directly let you know about my experience so you can pass on my feedback. All too often businesses don't recognize the value of good customer service but as you can see from our experience, Barry was the reason we bought from Ez Living yesterday. "I recently purchased and took delivery of a leather armchair from your store in Airside, Swords and experienced exceptional customer service from your sales advisor, Mari(e). From my initial visit when I just went in to take a look to when I decided to make the purchase with Marie's expert help and advice, I have to say that I was very impressed. Her level of knowledge on the products on offer, together with finishes, colors, etc was second to none. This coupled with her friendly demeanor, customer care skills and professionalism made the whole buying experience a very pleasant one."

"As per our phone conversation today, I just wanted to say the guys who delivered my new sofas this morning were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We've been looking after a sick relative for the past 6 months so the house and garden have been severely neglected. I had hoped to clear away some items before the guys arrived this morning but I just ran out of time. They had to lift the sofas through the jungle of a garden avoiding all sorts of obstacles and they helped me move some larger items out of the way. They did all this in good spirit without complaining. I'm in the middle of a complete house/garden revamp and I can only hope the rest of the delivery/workmen I deal with are just as helpful and pleasant. I'd appreciate if you could pass this on to their manager."

"I had a delivery this morning from EZ Living Furniture. I have to say, as a customer, it’s been one of the best experiences I have to date with a delivery service. No waiting around all afternoon and trying to hazard a guess if I will receive my purchase. I got a text the day before arrivals confirming times and I also got a text an hour before to make sure I was home. I would also like to give a huge shout out for the two guys, Shane, and Paul that delivered my Furniture. Excellent delivery guys with great personalities. They both need to made aware of how good they are their job and how good they are with customers. "First time visiting your furniture store in limerick last week and I must say I was extremely impressed. I visited your store to just have a look and do some research on replacing my existing mattress when I ended up leaving with a new King Koil mattress thanks to the help of a lovely friendly young lady called Ashley. The store was quite busy but Ashley made what I thought would be a long-winded process to be a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I must say she was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell from the beginning she knew exactly what she was talking about and listened to exactly what I wanted showing us what she would recommend. The young lady is a credit to your store and to top it off the best thing is I do not have to wait weeks upon weeks for my mattress and I can happily feel like my money was put to good use. "I would like to commend your store assistant Aaron in the Tallaght EZ Living Furniture store. My husband and I recently paid two visits to this store on our sofa quest. He was most helpful and obliging but not intrusive or pushy. When we questioned the measurements given for a particular sofa he could immediately see the discrepancy, and tho' the measurements are given when he checked online was the same, he said he would follow up and inquire from the warehouse when it was open. This he did and phoned me back with the correct figures the following day. While we have not yet made a final decision on the sofa that best meets our needs, Aaron has certainly given us every reason to purchase from EZ Living Furniture ... including being almost as pleased as we were when he was able to tell us that the 10% charge to order the sofa in an alternative material was waived during the sale!"
