1. Place your order online
As part of the checkout process, you will be offered various delivery options. Choose the Click & Collect option for the county you would like to collect from.
2. We will let you know when your order is ready for collection
Please do not go straight to your local store or collection depot until we send you an email to do so. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. This email will include your order invoice & details of where and when to collect your order. Approximate delivery time, for in stock items, to your selected collection region is 1 - 11 days for Home Accessories & 3 - 10 days for furniture items.
3. What to bring when collecting your order?
Please make sure you bring your order invoice (proof of purchase).
Please note that our furniture range is not available for in-store collection on the day of purchase. Furniture is available to collect from our Collection Depots and selected stores on specified days only.
Dublin Collection Depot - Damastown: Directions
Tuesday and Thursday: 9 am - 3 pm
Galway Collection Depot - New Docks: Directions
If you are based in a location outside of Dublin or Galway, your furniture order will be delivered to a selected local store for collection. The details of the store and when it will be available will be sent to you via email.
Our range of Home Accessories can be delivered to all of our stores nationwide for you to collect - accessories cannot be collected from either of our warehouses. If you have a preference of delivery to a particular store, please write this in the comments section when placing your order.
Your order will be available to collect on the date specified within the email. If you are unable to collect your order on this date, it will still be available on the next available collection day. If not collected on both of these scheduled days, you will need to arrange a different collection date with our Customer Service team, who can be contacted on 0818 222 272.
Please note that the majority of our furniture are large items and will not fit in a regular-sized car. Please make sure that your car is big enough, before choosing Click & Collect. If you have any doubts, please contact our Customer Service team on 0818 222 272 who will provide you with each box's dimensions.
Please also note that if your item will not fit into your car and you would like to opt for delivery, we will not be able to deliver it for another 5-15 days.
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your order invoice (proof of purchase).
Please be advised that we only provide Assembly Service for the customer who opts for delivery. Assembly Service is not available for Click & Collect orders.
