The order I received is damaged, what do I do?
Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition, on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please contact us straight away by emailing us with photographs of the damaged item to: email@example.com.
In this circumstance, we ask that you not use the product for your own safety and inform us straight away. Any fault not reported to us within our 3 day limitations period, means we are not obliged to offer you a refund, as per our returns policy.
