Delivery Details

There is an online special introductory offer of  €40 and €60 across the majority of the Republic of Ireland.
Any area inside the green zone is €40 and the blue zone is €60. This offer will run for a limited time only. You can add items at no extra delivery charge to an order, provided you contact us at least two working days prior to the delivery date.

There is a premium delivery service available, in which your products will be delivered within 7 days at a rate of, €140 for the green zone and €180 for the blue zone.

   

Assembly
All items that require assembly are clearly marked on the website and the cost for assembly is clearly shown. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery estimated timescales are specified when we contact you after receiving your order acknowledgement. We make every effort to deliver goods within estimated timescales; (this timescale will be within 21 days approx) however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
EZ Living Furniture shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Once the order has been placed and the item specifically reserved for the customer or an order committed to the supplier, the order is not cancelable or refundable. Once your furniture has been delivered to the Distribution Centre nearest to you, they will ring to arrange your delivery/collection.

Risk of loss and damage of products, passes to you on the date when the products are delivered/collected by you, or on the date of first attempted delivery by us/collection by you.

Our delivery Service
A delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as goods are loaded the evening before. EZ Living must be advised of any cancellation of booked deliveries at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery. Please ensure that the entrance and area where the furniture will go is cleared, so that installation is as quick and effortless as possible.

How to Order
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, select the ranges you wish to purchase and order confirm payment then enter the delivery address.

How soon will I get it?
It depends on the product being delivered, whether it is in stock and available for delivery, and whether you choose the express delivery service of 7 days, or the normal delivery service of 21 days.
We'll do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible, but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. When you order online you will be given details of your order acknowledgement and we will call you to arrange a delivery date.
We endeavor to have the majority of items in stock, but sometimes this is not possible, on receipt of your order acknowledgement, we will inform you of the availability of your order.

Delivery Times
Our delivery service operates from Monday – Friday.

Call ahead service
On your delivery day our delivery team will call ahead so you know when to expect your delivery.

Assembly
All bed frames, dining tables and occasional furniture are delivered unassembled. If you require us to assemble any item for you that you purchased we can arrange to do so, there will be a charge for this service depending on the piece in question. The assembly of products needs to be booked prior to delivery.
As part of our three year waste management plan, we now offer a service where we remove all unwanted packaging under our assembly service and recycle it.

Collection of old mattresses, bases and bed frames
Upon delivery of a new mattress, we will take away the existing mattress for recycling, however a charge does apply and these are listed below.
Presently, there is no charge for the collection and removal of your old mattress as it is part of our online promotion.However this promotion is running for a limited period and charges will apply after this and these will be listed clearly here after the promotion has concluded.

Collection of Goods
