We are pleased to inform our customers that many of our products are available for Free Delivery when ordered online, provided they meet a certain criteria. This criteria is determined by the item’s weight, height, price or/and order total. To find out which items qualify for Free Delivery, please check in each item's individual product page for An Post Free Delivery icon. Generally speaking any piece of furniture under 30kg and under 1.5 metre in height qualifies for Free Delivery. If you order Home Accessories that exceed €49 you will be able to select "Free An Post delivery" . Please note that not all items in Home Accessories category will be eligible for An Post delivery.
All of our products are available for Free Collection from any of our collection points. Please note that we only allow collection of Home Accessories from our stores. All other items are available for collection from our Dublin and Galway Collection Depots as well as the following store locations: Limerick Tipperary Road Store , Clonmel, Sligo & Mayo Stores.
For all other items delivery prices apply as detailed below. Please note that all deliveries to the Blue Zone are delivered via private courier. This can mean a slightly longer delivery time. However, in most cases, delivery to these areas should still be within our 21 day policy. The number of items per order does not affect this fixed delivery rate.

Majority of our products arrive assembled. All items that require assembly are clearly marked on the website and the cost for assembly is clearly shown. Please note that we do not offer assembly service on bunk beds, day beds, gas lift bedframes and selected ranges. The assembly of products needs to be booked prior to delivery.
Delivery estimated time scales are specified when we contact you after receiving your order acknowledgement. If you have chosen the EZ Living Furniture Home Delivery Service option, we will contact you by text message the day prior to your delivery date with a 2-hour delivery timeframe. This does not apply to goods delivered via An Post. We make every effort to deliver goods within estimated time scales; (this time scale will be within 21 days approx) however delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors.
A delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as goods are loaded the evening before. EZ Living Furniture must be advised of any cancellation of booked deliveries at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery.
Please ensure that the entrance and area where the furniture will go is cleared, so that installation is as quick and effortless as possible.
EZ Living Furniture shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. Once your furniture has been delivered to the Distribution Depot nearest to you, they will ring to arrange your delivery/collection.
Risk of loss and damage of products, passes to you on the date when the products are delivered/collected by you, or on the date of first attempted delivery by us/collection by you. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, you need to firstly Create an Account with us. Once you have an account you can add any product you desire to your basket, enter the delivery address, choose your delivery carrier (or choose collection) and confirm payment via any of our secure payment methods. If you wish to place your order as a guest please add the products to the basket and chackout as a guest. Please note that delivery address is required for all the orders.
It depends on the product being delivered, whether it is in stock and available for delivery, and whether you choose an item that qualifies for free delivery, or the normal delivery service of 21 days.
All items that qualify for An Post delivery will usually be delivered within a 7 day time period. Again this will depend on the product's availability.
We'll do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible, but it can depend on where you live and what's in stock. When you order online you will be given details of your order acknowledgement and we will call you to arrange a delivery date.
We endeavor to have the majority of items in stock, but sometimes this is not possible, on receipt of your order acknowledgement, we will inform you of the availability of your order.
Our Home Delivery Service operates from Monday – Saturday. An Post operates from Monday-Friday.
All customers who place an order with us for our Home Delivery Service and have had their delivery date confirmed will receive a text message from us the evening before delivery. In this text will be a delivery time for the following days, usually within a 2 hour time frame. On your delivery day our delivery team will call ahead so you know when to expect your delivery. This does not apply to orders sent via An Post. An Post provide a tracking number but cannot guarantee delivery times.
As part of our three year waste management plan, we now offer a service where we remove all unwanted packaging under our assembly service and recycle it where requested.
Upon delivery of a new mattress / sofa, we will take away the existing one for recycling if requested, however a charge does apply and these are listed below:
